1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed and fully paid bag orders will be processed, inspected and packaged within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Processing work is only carried out on regular working days and does not include weekends and official United States public holidays.
During large promotional cycles and shopping peak periods with surging order volume, the standard order processing period may be appropriately prolonged. Our team will actively send email reminders to customers to inform them of abnormal delays, ensuring every buyer can grasp the latest order dynamics in real time.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, size and shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically generated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden charges or additional fees.
We provide exclusive standard shipping service for all finished bag products, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. It is clearly stated that the delivery time is only a reference value. The actual arrival time of packages will be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, cross-border customs review progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday service suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your bag order completes all pre-delivery quality inspections and is officially shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email issued by our system, which contains your exclusive order tracking number and corresponding logistics carrier information.
Logistics tracking data will be updated to the query system within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up by the logistics provider. System data synchronization delay is a normal industry situation. If the tracking status cannot be queried normally after 48 hours, you can contact our customer service team for manual inquiry and follow-up.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to fill in accurate, complete and valid shipping addresses, zip codes and contact information during order checkout. Please carefully check all delivery information before payment to avoid delivery failures caused by information errors.
WHITNEY WEBBS will not bear any responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong or incomplete shipping information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address problems, customers need to bear all reshipping fees by themselves, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during cross-border transportation, please initiate a package loss application to our customer support team within 3 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with formal logistics channels to investigate the loss and provide a reasonable solution as soon as possible.
Damaged Items
In the process of long-distance transportation, bag products may be squeezed, collided or worn, resulting in surface damage, accessory falling off or packaging damage. If you receive damaged goods, please feedback to our after-sales team within 24 hours after receipt, and provide complete and clear photos of the outer package and damaged products as verification proof. We will verify the truth of the situation and solve the after-sales problem efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Each bag product is made of leather, canvas, nylon and other high-quality materials, and is equipped with professional material-specific care guidelines. Customers should use, store and clean the products in accordance with official care instructions to maintain the appearance and service life of the bags.
Any product damage, fading, deformation and functional failure caused by improper cleaning, improper storage, private modification and artificial misuse do not belong to product quality problems. WHITNEY WEBBS does not provide after-sales warranty and compensation services for damage caused by non-standard use.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import tariffs, customs clearance fees and other tax items in accordance with the trade supervision regulations of the destination country or region.
All customs-related expenses incurred during transportation shall be borne independently by the customer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any customs fees. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return and related losses caused by customers’ failure to pay customs fees or violation of local import rules.
